1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on www.nutrifyyourgut.com are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
This includes (but is not limited to):
1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 12-month health plans
Any customized dietary guidance or follow-up sessions
Supplement or product recommendations provided as part of your plan
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Change of mind after purchase
Lack of time or personal schedule conflicts
Failure to follow the plan or submit progress updates
Uninformed plan breaks or lack of communication
Perceived lack of results (as health outcomes depend on individual compliance and multiple personal factors)
2. Service Nature
Our plans are personalized and delivered digitally through communication, guidance, and support sessions. Once access is granted and a plan is shared, it cannot be revoked or reused, which is why refunds are not possible.
3. Pause or Break Policy
For longer-duration plans (3, 6, 9, and 12 months), a pause facility is available under the following terms:
Pause is not available for 1-month plans
Total pause duration allowed: up to 45 days
Pauses must be informed in advance
Uninformed breaks may result in automatic continuation or plan expiry with no refund or recovery
