Welcome to Nutrify Your Gut. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any of our health plans. By purchasing a plan on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms. A copy of these terms will be emailed to you upon completion of your payment.

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy

All purchases made on NutrifyYourGut.com are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the circumstances. Please ensure you understand the scope and nature of the plan before proceeding with payment.

2. Required Equipment

To ensure accurate tracking and reporting, it is mandatory for all participants to procure:

• A digital weight scale

• A measuring tape

Please note: Spring balance machines are not recommended due to accuracy concerns.

3. Session Duration & Extensions

• Each session is designed to last 10 days.

• Sessions cannot be extended, except in the case of menstrual cycles overlapping with scheduled follow-up sessions.

4. Mandatory Progress Reporting

To ensure the effectiveness of the program:

• Submission of progress monitors and compliance questionnaires is required prior to each follow-up session.

• Regular body measurement updates must be shared throughout the duration of the plan.

5. Customized Plans

All health plans are individually tailored based on your specific needs and health goals. These plans are not to be shared or applied to others, even if they have similar weight or height profiles.

6. Supplement Guidance

• Our experts may suggest dietary supplements as part of your health plan.

• We do not endorse any specific supplement brands or guarantee their effectiveness.

7. Medical Disclaimer

• We do not prescribe medications or diagnose medical conditions.

• For any medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional or physician.

8. Pause Policy

Pause options are available only for:

• 3-month

• 6-month

• 9-month

• 12-month plans

Note: The 1-month plan is not eligible for pauses.

• The total pause duration is capped at 45 days.

• All breaks must be communicated in advance via email or your designated communication channel.

• Uninformed breaks may result in your plan being auto-continued or expired without eligibility for recovery or refund.

9. Communication

It is your responsibility to stay in touch and respond promptly regarding session updates, follow-ups, or any communication from the Nutrify Your Gut team. Failure to do so may impact your progress and session continuity.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions. Nutrify Your Gut reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
